Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade iRely’s ERP software versions at client sites.
- Create project plans with timeline sand installs, upgrades and testing which typically range from 2 to 3 months. Document and track project scope and deliverables.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure successful software deployment, testing, and go-live. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to upgrades and testing.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on system requirements and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- The ideal candidate will be local to the Dallas /Fort Worth area.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US
- 5 to 7 years’ experience as Project Manager, IT or Software/Technical
- 2-3 years’ experience with software upgrades, preferably ERP products and applications
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Create Project Plans for upgrades and testing
- UAP Testing, work with clients to perform testing, Auto/Manual /UAP
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP, Agile, PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, Windows/Linux environments, and networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer interfacing skills (post-sales) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
