Regulatory Reporting Specialist

About the Role

  • Responsible for the preparation of reports to regulators, ensuring that all reporting is accurate, timely, and complies with applicable regulations.
  • Responsible for drafting and regularly updating the Bank's operational procedures related to reporting

 

What you will do

  • Ensure automation of reports such as Antasena (non-transactional data) and LPS, and prepare other external reports, including Apolo reports and ad-hoc reports. Reporting is conducted daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually.
  • Conduct trend analysis before reporting deadlines to ensure that reports are presented fairly.
  • Calculate LPS guarantee premiums and ensure the accuracy of data used for OJK contribution calculations, as well as ensure that LPS guarantee premiums and OJK contributions are paid before the deadline.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Bank publications, both for the Bank and the parent entity.
  • Draft and regularly update operational procedures related to reporting to align with the Bank's conditions and applicable guidelines, and ensure that processes comply with internal regulations.
  • Support Bank projects by performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products, systems, or changes.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external parties (authorities/regulators) to enhance reporting accuracy.

 

What you need to have

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Economics/Accounting with minimum 5 years experience in financial and regulatory reporting in banking industry. 
  • Strong conceptual, analytical thinking skills and attention to details;
  • Knowledge of accountancy, financial reporting requirements or banking products would be a strong advantage.
