Keeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for our Heavy Industries Group based at our Salt Lake, UT site.

Project Coordinator – Construction | Salt Lake City, UT
$35–$40/hr + Per Diem | 2-Month Assignment | Potential Permanent Hire

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large construction project in Salt Lake City, UT, for a team of 70+ people on site. This is a 2-month assignment with potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

  • Work closely with project managers and site leadership on a fast-paced, high-profile project

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track and organize project paperwork, including RFIs and Change Orders

  • Maintain and organize field documents (drawings, specifications, PDFs, etc.)

  • Support project managers with logs, reports, and project closeout tasks

  • Assist in assembling project closeout documents

  • Perform other administrative support tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in construction administration or project coordination

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment
