IT Project Coordinator

Keeley Companies is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for our IT Team in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Support project teams by ensuring resources, information, and coordination are in place to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and assist in removing blockers that impact project progress.
  • Maintain awareness of project goals, scope, timelines, roles, and deliverables.
  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks required to keep projects moving forward, including maintaining documentation using tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management platforms.
  • Communicate project updates, reminders, and information to technical teams and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings in alignment with project plans and timelines.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including room scheduling, setup, virtual meetings, and external participant coordination.
  • Escalate project risks, issues, and concerns to Project Manager as needed.
  • Support the identification, documentation, and coordination of technical or process-related issue resolution.
  • Assist with moderately complex project activities, including requirements tracking and deliverable coordination.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Accredited technical degree and a minimum of two years of experience supporting project management or project coordination within an IT environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with team members, end users, vendors, and leadership.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms preferred.
  • CAPM certification a plus.
