Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant Superintendent for our Paving Group in Winter Haven, FL.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising all field crew members including foreman, carpenters, laborers etc. and project operations. 
  • Help develop a project site logistics plan and work with project manager to determine method and sequencing of construction. Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities. 
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with owner, subcontractors, and vendors. 
  • Communicate and promote safe working environment and company safety standards, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations. 
  • Confer with supervisory/engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers of tools/materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods. 
  • Drive schedule in accordance with planned work.
  • Inspect and verify the receipt or shipment of materials. 
  • Preform maintenance needs from client work orders & complete repairs onsite.
  • Offer service and customer assistance during site visits. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience with paving/concrete 
  • Strong communication & customer service skills.
