As an Operations Intern with the Kensington Groups Team, you will gain a strong foundation for a successful career in the group travel market, operations, strategic management, or a related field. This role provides hands-on experience in the luxury travel segment, offering insight into the intricacies of the industry. You will be supported by a team of experienced mentors, ensuring you maximize your learning and professional development during your time with us.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 • Provide operational support for group trips, assisting the sales team with logistics and coordination.
 • Perform administrative duties, such as file organization, email communication, data entry, and cross-team collaboration.
 • Conduct analytical tasks, including data review and trend analysis to support decision-making.
 
 Qualifications:
 • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively.
 • Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
 • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
 
 Sample Tasks:
 • Quality control (Q.C.) of itineraries, ensuring logistics, vendor notes, and confirmed services are accurate.
 • Reviewing flight details to recommend extra airport transfers when necessary.
 • Collecting and organizing all client information, including passports.
 • Confirming both international and internal flights booked by KT Air or the client/agent.
 • Sending client portal links and assisting with payments, including processing credit card authorization forms.
 • Preparing final travel documents by editing PDFs, removing redundancies, and adding relevant details.
 • Sharing pertinent client information with DMCs/suppliers.
 • Coordinating Surprise & Delight moments with vendors for group experiences.
 • Organizing pre-trip gifts for clients.
 • Participating in pre-departure calls with clients.
 • Conducting research on hotels, activities, and destination experiences.
