Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry, specifically focusing on sales operations, process improvements and client experience. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will be immersed in various aspects of our sales and Net Promoter Score (NPS – client feedback programs) processes and contributing to creating resources for our sales force.
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 • Develop Arrival Process Database from new and existing resources
 • Assist in creating standards for the information and video captures used in the database
 • Assist with creating Lead Revival Call Lists on a weekly basis
 • Assist with NPS programs and reporting
 • Assist in Client Gifting Strategy Program (Surprise & Delight)
 • Additional Ad Hoc program assistance based on interest level and performance
 
 Qualifications: 
 
 • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, etc.).
 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
 • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
 • Exhibits a positive attitude and outlook in all situations 
 • A proactive self-starter who isn’t afraid to improvise or make independent decisions when needed
 • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
 • Computer and technically savvy – proficient with Windows & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Duration and Compensation:
 
 • This internship position is open during the period of May 6 – August 22, 2025
