About the role

This is a career-defining opportunity to be part of something truly special. As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Kizen, you’ll be at the intersection of cutting-edge tech, operational transformation, and customer success. You’ll work directly with clients, customizing our rapidly growing low-code platform for everything from sales to marketing and operations — all while building scalable, data-driven solutions that make a real impact.

You’ll be surrounded by high-performing, mission-driven teammates and work closely with our implementation, product, and data teams. The work you do won’t just be noticed — it’ll be celebrated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Transforming client needs into powerful solutions using our low-code platform
  • Guiding clients through the entire deployment journey — from kickoff to go-live
  • Working with APIs, automation tools (like Zapier/Workato), and data pipelines to build seamless integrations between platforms
  • Cleaning and transforming data to ensure every field lands in the right place, at the right time
  • Delivering hands-on training to help clients unlock the full potential of Kizen
  • Continuously identifying areas to improve processes using real-time data insights
  • Tracking tasks, reporting progress, and proactively clearing blockers to keep things moving fast
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to clients by translating technical complexities into simple, clear guidance

Minimum Requirements - What You Bring to the Table

  • 4+ years of SaaS implementation experience — bonus points for working directly with clients
  • A deep love for tech, data, and using both to drive better outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation (Excel, Python, ETL/API work)
  • Experience configuring customizable, low-code platforms
  • Excellent communicator — you’re equally confident speaking to a developer or a CEO
  • A knack for teaching others — whether it’s running a training or creating killer documentation
  • Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for problems to come to you — you go find them (and fix them)
  • Obsessive attention to detail — you take pride in precision
  • A growth mindset: you're hungry to learn, adapt, and level up every single day
  • Excitement about working from the NYC office 4 days a week

Ideal Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience
  • Experience in insurance or healthcare verticals
  • Fluent in SQL, Excel wizardry, or Python scripting
  • Experience with automation tools like Workato
  • Prior work with BPM or CRM platforms
  • Background in project management or consulting
  • A desire to lead, grow quickly, and leave a legacy

We’re looking for a person who:

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t shy away from a challenge
  • Loves using data to question the norm and drive smarter decisions
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to help build something game-changing
  • Genuinely enjoys helping others succeed — and has the tech chops to back it up
  • Is excited about AI, automation, and being on the frontlines of tech innovation

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
