The Revenue Support Admin is responsible for supporting sales by handling vendor questionnaires from prospects/customers, vendor forms, and answering general security questions about KnowBe4 and our products and supporting the wider Revenue Services team on tasks where required.
Responsibilities:
- Fill out vendor questionnaires from prospects and customers
- Collaborate with various teams/departments to complete vendor questionnaires
- Maintain knowledge of KnowBe4’s operations and all product features and services
- Develop, arrange, and keep up to date a Q&A repository for answering vendor questionnaires appropriately within Loopio or any other platform being used.
- Fill out data on third party portals and manage data being put on third party portals
- Manage invites to our due diligence portal
- Properly escalate questions to Legal, InfoSec, AR, etc. where applicable
- Develop and maintain good relations and coordination with legal, InfoSec, and AR in the accomplishment of above
- Support RFP Specialists on any RFP assistance where required.
- Work on any Project Initiatives set out by management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience with managing and organizing information
- Experience with managing multiple projects at one time.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
