
Sr. Mgr Sales Operations/Analytics

Legend Biotech is seeking Sr. Mgr Sales Operations/Analytics as part of the Commercial team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations/Analytics at Legend supports business decisions with data integration & visualization, performance dashboards, and advanced analytics,. The role provides strategic, data-driven guidance, solves complex business problems, ensures collaboration across teams, and adapts to evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various pharmaceutical data sources to identify patients at different stages of their journey in the disease state
- Drive initiatives focused on the integration and visualization of big data and advanced business analytics across diverse domains, such as product sales and marketing research
- Create new dashboards and self-serve capabilities that empower the field force, providing data-driven insights to leaders for sales optimization and performance management. Demonstrate ability to think creatively and strategically, build partnerships cross-functionally, and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Provide ad hoc, deep dive analysis in secondary analytics as required to uncover and understand market and competitive dynamics, identifying opportunities and risks in a timely manner
- Communicate findings effectively through reports and presentations to educate others
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. Background in life sciences, informatics, or healthcare management is a plus
- 8+ years in Pharma/Biotech or Life Sciences Consulting.
- Knowledge of hematology/oncology and cell therapies (CAR T) preferred.
- Experience pharma data sources, integration, programming and visualization tools Power BI, and remote teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. healthcare laws and standards is a plus.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI; up to 25% domestic travel required.

The anticipated base pay range is:
$123,605 - $162,232 USD
