Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the closing process including borrowers, brokers, attorneys, title companies, and internal teams.
- Communicate closing timelines and requirements clearly and professionally to ensure smooth coordination and high client satisfaction.
- Resolve closing-related issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays or compliance gaps.
Funding & Post-Close:
- Coordinate funding and ensure timely disbursement and recording of documents.
- Confirm all post-close documentation is collected, organized, and submitted to appropriate investors or capital partners.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements to increase closing speed and accuracy.

- Strong understanding of title and escrow, real estate settlement procedures, DSCR loan structuring, and investment property transactions.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines and coordinate across multiple external parties under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LOS systems and digital closing tools.
