This role is remote-first, but frequent travel to London, including monthly office visits, is required. Applicants must be based in the UK to be considered for the role.

The UK-based salary range for this position is £60,000 - 70,500 with an additional performance-based cash bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

About the Job

We are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Senior Retail National Account Manager to manage and grow our devices business in retail across the UK and Ireland. You’ll be responsible for further developing our strong retailer partnerships, executing joint business plans, and driving net revenue and sell-through across key retail accounts. This role is critical in supporting Life360’s growing International footprint and will report into the Senior Director of Sales, EMEA.

You will own the customer relationship, be responsible for revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally with channel marketing, marketing, logistics, and product teams, and ensure seamless retail execution for our devices business.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage strategic retailer and distributor relationships across the UK and Ireland
  • Own account plans and deliver against forecast on revenue, margin, and sell-through targets
  • Negotiate annual terms, retail campaigns, and promotional investments
  • Collaborate with channel marketing and creative to deliver localised retail assets and campaigns
  • Support new product launches and manage retail lifecycle performance
  • Lead accurate forecasting, POS tracking, and sales analytics for each account
  • Ensure optimal in-store and online execution, including merchandising and PDP standards
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer and retail partner

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of national account management experience in the UK, ideally in consumer electronics
  • Proven track record of managing revenue and retail marketing budgets
  • Deep knowledge of UK and Irish retail channels (e.g., John Lewis, Argos, Harvey Norman, Very, etc)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and retail POS tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of trade terms, NLFs, and retailer systems
  • Partner with internal teams(Creative, Marketing, Finance, Ops) to ensure smooth execution of go-to-market initiatives
  • Fluent in English
