UX Content Strategist
Summary
The Content Strategist partners closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and product marketers to plan, create, and refine content that elevates product experiences. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on writing, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across all user‑facing touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, edit, test, and optimize content across product surfaces, including interface language, product education materials, naming systems, and navigational structures.
- Maintain and evolve content standards, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and terminology across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including design, research, product management, marketing, and engineering—to deliver high‑quality content for a global audience.
- Advocate for content strategy principles within the organization and contribute to the broader design and content community.
- Share work regularly, participate in critiques, and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
- Support time‑sensitive content needs and work extended hours as required by major news cycles or cultural events, including weekends when necessary.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working in design‑adjacent environments; proficiency with Figma is essential.
- Strong writing portfolio demonstrating product content, UX writing, or content strategy work (portfolio submission required).
