About the Role

A high‑performing sales organization is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst IV for a 7‑month contract assignment supporting cross‑channel sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who excels in fast‑paced environments and enjoys driving operational excellence through data insights, project management, and clear communication.

The analyst will partner closely with sales, operations, data, and cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure high‑quality execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Lead and support cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and clear communication of progress.
  • Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions that improve efficiency and team performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Download, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Measure results against goals and elevate insights to stakeholders through clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Create compelling data visualizations to support decision‑making.

Operational Support

  • Support sales teams with operational tasks, account‑related activities, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to streamline workflows and enhance operational consistency.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • High level of initiative, independence, and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Background in sales operations, advertising, or process optimization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality work in fast‑moving environments.

Location: Remote (PST highly preferred)

Role type: Contract 7 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
