ABOUT THIS ROLE 

We seek an experienced and driven Partner Marketing Specialist to elevate our channel partner initiatives and contribute to LVT's ambitious growth strategy. This role involves close collaboration with our channel and marketing teams to execute meaningful marketing strategies with our expanding network of distributors, dealers, and resellers. 

As the Partner Marketing Specialist, you will serve as a key member of the Channel Marketing team, reporting to the Partner Marketing Manager, fostering scalable success and ensuring our partners and end customers achieve exceptional outcomes with our products. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Execute Joint Demand Generation Campaigns: Work directly with key channel partners to strategize, build, and launch co-marketing campaigns (e.g., webinars, account-based marketing efforts, events) that generate qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Empower Partners with Marketing Resources: Collaborate with the larger marketing team to create marketing collateral that partners can easily leverage for their demand gen efforts. 
  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF): Oversee the effective utilization and for LVT’s MDF program, ensuring partners maximize their marketing investments and meet compliance requirements.
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns, using data to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate ROI. Provide actionable insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster Partner Relationships: Act as a primary marketing contact for key partners, understanding their business goals, marketing capabilities, and target audiences to inform joint strategies.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our internal Channel Sales and Marketing teams to ensure partner marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and product launches.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and/or partner marketing. 
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partners and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Atlassian (Jira) for marketing automation/CRM platforms or project management.
  • Prior experience working with a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system.
  • Experience with MDF management and partner program operations.
