ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and timely execution of multiple small-scale, straightforward implementation projects for our clients, such as Moves and Swap type rollouts. You will ensure these projects are completed efficiently, meeting established deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires foundational project coordination skills, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication to effectively partner with internal teams and clients.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the execution of small-scale, straightforward projects, such as Moves and Swap rollouts, from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Track and communicate project progress, ensuring all deadlines for assigned simple projects are achieved.
- Maintain basic project documentation, including tracking status and logging issues for assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects, providing regular status updates and managing basic expectations.
- Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks.
- Utilize project management tools to accurately log and track project progress and resource assignment.
- Ensure the timely completion of a high volume of assigned projects.
- Follow established processes to manage both planned and unplanned work within project scope.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 1+ years of experience in a coordination or execution role, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Dynamic personality that can easily adjust to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with project tracking software (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana, Workfront, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of small projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accurate execution and clear communication.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Proven capacity for identifying automation possibilities and optimizing existing processes.
