You Will:
- Be responsible for handling Help Desk support in both a corporate and manufacturing environment across multiple sites
- Provision computer hardware/software
- Manage computer inventory and supplies
- Triage, prioritize, and remedy end-user issues
- Manage projects in a results-oriented environment
- On-Site weekdays during normal business hours
You Bring:
- A minimum of 4+ years of technical IT support experience
- Excellent customer service, ethics, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, broad knowledge of Microsoft products, corporate enterprise software, and network troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware repair
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical ability across a wide range of hardware, software, and mobile platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, etc.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience with scripting or programming
- Microsoft Desktop Technician Certification (MCTS) or appropriate experience
- Experience with CAD applications
- CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+)

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (hourly)
$25 - $35 USD
