We are currently seeking Technical Program Manager - Manufacturing Software Launch to join our Plant Vehicle Launch team.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
You Will:
- Lead and oversee the Manufacturing vehicle software program for our vehicle platforms, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to delivery, with a hands-on approach and commitment to excellence
- Work closely with company executives and engineering leaders to define and maintain digital development roadmap and rollout plan
- Create and own development and validation plans that align with internal customer needs, cross team integration points, and major company milestones
- Lead and oversee process of reflash of ECU's in the assembly and work with Engineering to ensure new software is deployed to suppliers as necessary
- Lead conversations through the complete lifecycle of software features – both in-house development teams and third-party suppliers
- Identify and track cross team dependencies and handshake points, monitor status, help resolve issues, report, and fill the gaps
- Drive JIRA ticket issue resolution process, including triaging, root cause analysis, countermeasure identification, verification and implementation etc.
- Interact with and coordinate work between hardware and software teams, design UX teams, and other company entities requiring inputs/outputs from the software team
- Work with Manufacturing Diagnostic Engineers on EOL tests.
- Define main work packages and priorities for the software program and related functions

- Communicate program status to overall manufacturing organization, software organization, other program managers and executives as required
- Plan and manage releases in conjunction with the need for Manufacturing
- Participates in launch readiness review meetings to understand the major departmental issues and lead discussions to determine priority, owners and timing for resolution.
You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM or related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management.
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environments.
- Possess strong presentation skills, clear and professional communication at various levels both inside and outside the company.
- Possess knowledge and experience across multiple functions within product design and manufacturing.
