
Sr. Technical Project Analyst, Efficiency & Systems
We are currently seeking a Technical Program Analyst within the Efficiency, Performance and Systems group at Lucid Motors. As a TPA in this group, you will work to establish communication channels across multiple teams within & outside Lucid. Additionally, you will gain exposure to vehicle development timelines, benchmarking, and vehicle-level testing. Your work will directly enable sales of Lucid vehicles in North America and export markets. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are looking for hands-on experience in automotive testing and program management within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work along with brilliant engineering minds and play a central role in coordinating and supporting the execution of vehicle testing programs.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of vehicle tests, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Develop effective tools for test forecasting & data organization
- Understand vehicle simulation model & assist with early program roadmap, attribute performance
- Work closely with multiple engineering, design, program management and operations teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination
- Collaborating closely with test and modeling engineers to ensure seamless operations, support vehicle SW updates, build upfits, and vehicle shakedowns
- Manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to support for external testing needs of the team
- Assist test & modelling engineers to conduct hands-on vehicle testing and diagnostics
- Identify challenges promptly and collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and present regular updates on test progress, results, and any challenges encountered to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years in automotive development, program management, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems & a passion for learning new items
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) & using AI to generate more powerful PM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive testing tools and modelling software (e.g., CANoe, Vector, Matlab), and basic data analysis techniques, data processing
Required Qualifications:
- Remain adaptive in dynamic environments, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances
- Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical environments.
- Passion for problem solving and curiosity to learn.
- Interest in hands-on work on vehicle testing & systems modelling
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$116,600 - $160,380 USD
