We’re looking for a Technology System Administrator, Talent Acquisition to own the day-to-day management, optimization, and support of our recruiting systems, primarily our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our systems are operating securely, efficiently, and aligned to our hiring processes, while enabling data accuracy and recruiter productivity across the organization. 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on day to day systems management and maintenance as well as long term continuous improvement, and is excited to be a go-to expert for recruiters and stakeholders on all things recruiting technology. 

You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition Operations team, helping to shape the systems and infrastructure that support high-quality hiring across the business. If you're a detail-oriented system expert who loves solving problems, improving processes, and enabling others to work smarter—this role is for you. 

 

You will: 

ATS & TA Tech Stack Management 

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Greenhouse, maintaining system configuration, user access, permissions, workflows, and customizations. 
  • Monitor day-to-day system performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure smooth functioning across the full recruiting lifecycle. 
  • Partner with the TA Technology Lead and cross-functional teams (People Tech, IT, TA Ops) to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations. 
  • Support the configuration and ongoing optimization of related tools and integrations (e.g., HRIS, scheduling, sourcing tools, AI, etc.). 
  • Assist with implementation of new technology and drive post-go live management and ongoing enablement 

User Support & Training 

  • Act as the first line of support for recruiters and hiring teams, addressing technical questions, issues, and troubleshooting system-related concerns with urgency and accuracy. 
  • Develop and deliver system training and training guides; drive ongoing enablement to ensure a consistent and scalable end user experience. 

Data Integrity & Permissioning 

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy across the ATS and integrated systems through regular audits and hygiene practices. 
  • Manage system licenses and user provisioning across all recruiting platforms. 

System Compliance & Security 

  • Maintain system compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal security protocols. 
  • Ensure clear governance via role-based access controls, audit logs, and documentation standards are enforced and up to date. 

Process Improvement & Vendor Coordination 

  • Serve as TA process subject matter expert and advise on system optimizations that can streamline and scale processes 
  • Identify and recommend system or workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. 
  • Partner with vendors for troubleshooting, product roadmap discussions, upgrades, and escalations. 

 

You Bring: 

Qualifications: 

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a system administrator or technical analyst supporting recruiting systems. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in Greenhouse ATS administration (certification preferred) and other leading TA tools and technologies. 
  • Hands on experience with enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and integrations (particularly ATS<>HRIS integrations). 
  • Experience with global TA compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR) and how to build TA systems that align with these laws and regulations while ensuring a streamlined end user experience. 
  • Systems thinker-approach with strong strategic problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities, troubleshoot effectively and respond with urgency in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when working with end users and cross-functional stakeholders within TA and across the business. 
  • Exposure to AI-based tools or workflow automation in recruiting technology is a plus.
