Assist in scheduling and preparing content for team reviews and leadership updates
Maintain shared documentation and version control for active projects
Operational Readiness
Help develop repeatable templates and playbooks as network operations mature
Support onboarding and coordination of new partners and facilities

Qualifications:

Experience & Background
2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations within the automotive or retail sector
Prior experience working in a cross-functional or matrix environment
Skills & Capabilities
Strong organisational and time management skills
Comfortable using project tools (Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar)
Clear communicator, able to follow up and manage multiple stakeholders
Basic understanding of automotive network operations is preferred
Attributes
 Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Team player who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced setting

Why This Role Matters

This role is a critical enabler for Lucid’s European network expansion. As the team grows its presence across key markets, the Network Project Coordinator ensures structure, accountability, and progress tracking across all functions. It’s an ideal role for someone looking to grow within the automotive industry, while gaining exposure to strategic projects and market activation at a pan-European level.
