
Senior Manager - Manufacturing Systems PM
Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Systems PM to lead the strategic design, development, and deployment of logistics systems that enhance operational efficiency and support production and warehousing activities. This role drives end-to-end systems implementation, fosters cross-functional alignment, and ensures seamless integration of logistics and manufacturing processes as Lucid continues to scale.
You will manage complex projects from strategy through execution, overseeing change management, continuous improvement, and the deployment of emerging technologies across global manufacturing facilities.
You Will:

Define and lead the long-term logistics systems strategy aligned with Lucid’s manufacturing and business objectives.

Integrate logistics, warehousing, and material handling processes with factory operations.

Oversee development, integration, and execution of manufacturing systems impacting logistics, including YMS, MES interfaces, and plant floor technologies.

Collaborate across functions to align systems with material flow and production needs.

Drive AI and analytics initiatives that enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making in logistics operations.

Lead deployment and optimization of AMRs and automation systems to improve flow and reduce manual handling.

Partner with IT, Controls Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful technology delivery and adoption.

Manage full project lifecycles—planning, execution, and hypercare—for logistics and manufacturing systems across facilities.

Track milestones, assess risks, and ensure alignment of resources and deliverables.

Communicate progress and key performance indicators to leadership and stakeholders.

Support real-time troubleshooting and system enhancements using ERP and automation tools.

Conduct root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone) and drive corrective actions to resolve inefficiencies.

Identify and execute continuous improvement projects with measurable impact on throughput, accuracy, and cost.

Partner with Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Material Flow Engineering to implement integrated solutions.

Translate evolving operational requirements into scalable system and process improvements.

Ensure effective system handovers and operational readiness through documentation, training, and performance tracking.

Lead system hypercare, documentation updates, and standard work creation.

Develop and deliver training to operations and engineering teams for consistent system adoption and compliance.
You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

15+ years of experience in logistics systems within automotive, manufacturing, or warehousing environments.

Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly PP, MM, and EWM modules.

Proven success managing logistics systems strategy and large-scale technology implementations.

Strong understanding of material flow, production logistics, and warehouse best practices.

Advanced experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Expertise in managing multiple high-impact projects concurrently.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Experience developing business requirements and leading UAT sessions.

Effective communicator with proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
