We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. As a marketeer, you will play a crucial role in planning & executing webinars, performance reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work in partnership with sales: Drive successful inbound demand generation marketing campaigns, aligning efforts with the sales team for maximum impact.
  • Utilize established tactics: Leverage established strategies to generate demand and attract high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns: Continuously track and refine campaign performance to ensure maximum demand generation results.
  • Collaborate on lead management: Partner with the sales team to monitor and report on MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Master HubSpot: Act as the go-to in HubSpot, providing insights, analytics, and reporting to evaluate and enhance campaign performance.
  • Support wider team: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing performance campaigns.
  • Plan & execute webinars: Organize impactful webinars from concept to completion, driving high engagement and attendance.
  • Project management: Oversee internal marketing projects to ensure timely completion and exceptional deliverables.
  • Marketing support: Provide support for the marketing team, including tasks such as email marketing campaigns, landing page updates, and other marketing activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of driving engagement and meeting pipeline targets.
  • B2B SaaS marketing background: Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing best practices.
  • Campaign experience: Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing successful webinars.
  • Tech stack proficiency: Working knowledge of Hubspot, and other similar marketing tech stack.
  • Additional marketing skills: Familiarity with email marketing best practices, content creation, and social media marketing.

  • Creative: you are quick to come up with out-of-the-box ideas for promotion, content and generally creative problem-solving
  • Organized: You’re good at tracking your work, keeping others in the loop, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision once onboarded.
  • Execution-oriented: Strong focus on execution and constantly seeking ways to optimize processes for better results.
  • Metrics-driven: Keen interest in performance metrics and a desire to see the tangible effects of your work.
  • Project ownership: Comfortable with owning multiple projects within the team and reporting on their success.
  • Growth marketing mindset: you prioritize data-driven strategies, customer-centric approaches, and iterative experimentation to drive scalable and sustainable revenue growth.
