As the Receptionist, you will have the first opportunity to welcome guests to Lucid. You will assist fellow Workplace Experience team members and others to drive a high-quality employee experience through initiatives that bring out the best in people. Your goal is to enhance the workplace experience with your warm and welcoming demeanor and energetic approach to solving problems. You will oversee, maintain, and ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the front desk and reception area.
This role will report to our Sr. Manager of Facilities and be part-time, Monday - Friday, with a shift from either 8:00 am - 1:00 pm MT or 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm MT.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the reception area in an efficiently organized and clean manner.
- Act as a welcoming first point of contact for all office visitors including employees, candidates, vendors, and contactors.
- Manage the UTA pass program for our employees.
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of corporate events, including but not limited to: company-wide catered lunches, meetings, retreats, or parties as needed by the Workplace Experience team.
- Frequently check the Workplace Experience ticketing system for incoming requests; vet requests thoroughly, then evaluate and route them.
- Assist in supporting all departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge/understanding of receptionist, customer service, administrative support or similar role
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in high-tech in a similar role
