Our SMB New Logo Team is often the first step in building our long-term customer relationships. It starts with finding the right people, getting curious about what’s top of mind for them, and showing how Lucid (as a work acceleration platform) can help them work faster and better.
For this, we’re looking for people who are excited to make an impact, learn fast, and level up together with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the “CEO of your territory,” strategically mapping target accounts across industries and creatively pursuing opportunities with a proactive, energetic hunter mentality, while building sustainable partnerships
  • Manage a high volume of fast-paced, transactional sales cycles from initial qualification through to successful close
  • Build and execute proactive outbound strategies, moving with pace and consistency to create a high volume of meaningful customer conversations, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Stay curious and creative in finding new angles, messaging, and entry points to engage both new and existing prospects
  • Work proactively and efficiently, combining automation and scale with thoughtful, highly personalized outreach where it matters most
  • Lead effective discovery to understand customer needs and pain points, and deliver tailored demos to new users, champions, and decision-makers
  • Bring resilience, curiosity, and a positive and innovative mindset to a fast-moving, high-velocity environment
  • Be motivated by your own goals while caring equally about what we achieve together as a team, taking ownership, celebrating each other’s wins, and contributing to a strong team culture
  • Take on other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales closing experience OR 2+ years of business development/SDR experience (ideally in SaaS/tech)
  • Strong outbound track record, utilizing a modern, multi-channel approach and creative  and innovative strategies to engage C-level prospects (incl. cold outreach)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset and proactive communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Amsterdam, NL office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to navigate competitive, high-velocity sales cycles and clearly articulate product value
  • Experience with Salesforce, leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of opportunities and maintain clean pipeline data (using tools like Gong, Outreach, etc.)
  • BA/BS degree

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für dein Territory, identifizierst relevante Zielkunden und gehst proaktiv neue Chancen an
  • Du steuerst schnelle Sales Cycles; von der ersten Qualifizierung bis zum Abschluss
  • Du baust aktiv Pipeline auf und führst konsequent Outbound-Aktivitäten durch
  • Du findest kreative neue Wege, um mit Prospects in Kontakt zu kommen und relevante Gespräche zu starten
  • Du kombinierst skalierbare, automatisierte Outbound-Ansätze mit persönlicher Ansprache dort
  • Du führst gute Discovery Calls, verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse und zeigst in Demos den passenden Mehrwert von Lucid
  • Du bringst Energie, Neugier und Resilienz in ein dynamisches Umfeld
  • Du hast deine eigenen Ziele im Blick und arbeitest gleichzeitig als Team
  • Beweis von Eigeninitiative und ein proaktiver Ansatz bei der Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen für dich selbst und dein Team und trägst zu einer starken Teamkultur bei
  • Weitere Aufgaben nach Zuweisung sind möglich

Das bringst du mit:

  • 1+ Jahr Erfahrung im Closing oder 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development/SDR, idealerweise im SaaS-/Tech-Umfeld
  • Starke Erfahrung im Outbound Sales und Spaß daran, neue Wege zu finden, um C-Level-Prospects zu erreichen 
  • Erfahrung mit Salesforce oder einem vergleichbaren CRM
  • Eine proaktive, teamorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (Level C1 / C2) minimum
  • Dies ist eine hybride Position, die Remote-Arbeit mit persönlicher Zusammenarbeit in unserem Büro in Amsterdam an zwei Tagen pro Woche (Dienstag und Donnerstag) verbindet
