Finance/Operations Lead

Lyra Cloud Services (LCS) is building a high-growth cloud services business inside Lyra Technology Group and is seeking a Finance / Operations Lead to help design and run the operational backbone of our AWS reseller and delivery engine.

Role Overview
• The Finance / Operations Lead owns the operational backbone of Lyra Cloud 
Services (LCS). This role manages AWS reseller billing, MAP funding workflows, 
provisioning, invoicing, and partner compliance, ensuring LCS can scale efficiently 
and accurately.
• This position removes administrative and financial friction from the technical team 
while maintaining compliance and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage AWS reseller billing, invoicing, and customer onboarding workflows
• Own MAP funding administration, tracking, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate provisioning, account setup, and contract workflows
• Ensure financial accuracy across consumption, credits, and project billing
• Build repeatable operational processes that scale with customer growth
• Act as liaison between LCS, AWS, finance, and internal Lyra stakeholders
• Identify and remove delivery or administrative bottlenecks

What Success Looks Like
• Billing and MAP funding are accurate, timely, and audit-ready
• Engineers and architects are not distracted by admin or ops issues
• LCS can onboard customers quickly and consistently
• Financial operations scale cleanly as revenue grows

Qualifications
• 3+ years in finance, operations, or cloud billing roles
• Experience with AWS reseller models, consumption billing, or MSP operations 
strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Ability to expand and build operational structure

Salary: $55,000-$65,000
