Client Director
Client Director
Senior Individual contributor role focused on new business growth
Location: London- Hybrid (2 - 3 days in High Street Kensington Office)
Are you ready to lead change at the top of the business world?
You know there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to behaviour change. Neither do we. As a Client Director at MindGym, you'll bring that belief to life, crafting personalised behavioural solutions that help global brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Audi and Zurich turn strategy into meaningful, everyday action.
You’ll be speaking with senior decision makers in HR and L&D, getting under the skin of their people and performance challenges, and guiding them toward fresh, science-based solutions that actually stick. This isn’t just selling, it’s sparking change where it matters most.
Our best Client Directors don’t just respond to client needs, they help clients think differently. You’ll introduce fresh perspectives grounded in behavioural science, challenge assumptions, and guide senior leaders toward decisions that improve how their organisations work.
What makes this role different
You’ll join a creative, client first team that combines behavioural science with commercial rigour. Expect autonomy, high standards, and support that helps you succeed.
You'll
- Guide major commercial opportunities, from six-figure deals to multi-year, multi-million-pound partnerships
- Build new relationships and deepen existing partnerships with senior leaders
- Shape tailored, scalable solutions grounded in behavioural science that drive measurable change
- Learn and use our unique approach to bite-size behavioural change
What’s in it for you?
- Uncapped earning potential, backed by a strong commission structure
- Average deal sizes of £100k to £1m, with larger, longer-term wins in reach
- Freedom to shape how you work, with the tools and team to back you
- A high-performing, supportive culture where good people thrive
- A hybrid model: part-remote, part in our beautiful HQ on High Street Kensington (opposite a very good bakery)
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Enjoy navigating complex client challenges and helping organisations move from insight to action
- Enjoy starting meaningful conversations with senior leaders and developing new client partnerships
- Get excited by behavioural science and want to use it in your work
- Are comfortable guiding the full sales journey, from early conversations through to long-term partnerships
- Are comfortable managing multiple opportunities while working with autonomy and trust
