This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for marketing and sales with a hands-on role shaping go-to-market success in one of our most dynamic regions.

What You’ll Do

As the Marketing Specialist, DACH, you will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies that generate demand, deepen customer engagement, and enable sales success.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Global Marketing, Partner, and Customer Success teams, leveraging your creativity, analytical thinking, and drive for action to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Enablement, and Customer Success to deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
  • Drive digital demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, events, and social media.
  • Leverage data and automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize campaign performance and track ROI.
  • Act as a regional marketing ambassador, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies while tailoring content and messaging for local markets.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset — identify new opportunities, test innovative approaches, and take ownership of driving measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and customer retention.
  • Champion customer focus, understanding market needs and delivering value-driven messaging that resonates with our audiences in Financial Services, Technology, Digital Health, and Software sectors.
  • Execute with urgency and accountability, maintaining a relentless focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a collaborative, entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for sales alignment, customer engagement, and measurable marketing impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (CIM or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience in Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing. Digital Health, or Software industries.
  • Proven track record in digital demand generation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, performance metrics, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills — native or fluent German speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset — takes initiative, embraces challenges, and drives ideas from concept to execution.
  • Customer- and sales-focused approach, with an ability to translate marketing activity into business results.
  • Action-oriented and impact-driven — committed to delivering tangible outcomes and continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Seamless collaboration and alignment with Sales and Partner teams.
  • Growth in marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline across the DACH region.
  • Strong market visibility and customer engagement through localized campaigns.
  • Clear evidence of marketing ROI and impact through data-driven reporting.
