We're looking for an experienced Global Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with some of the world's largest enterprise organizations. This is an opportunity to own complex global accounts, influence executive stakeholders, and drive long-term growth through consultative, value-based selling.

What You'll Do
As the Global Account Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of named global accounts, leading account strategy across regions while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Global Account Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute global account strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with executive and senior-level stakeholders across global organizations.
- Lead strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews to align customer objectives with Minitab solutions.
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities across divisions, business units, and subsidiaries.
- Coordinate resources across sales, customer success, marketing, product, and partners to deliver a consistent customer experience worldwide.
- Monitor customer health through feedback, surveys, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) insights to strengthen advocacy and satisfaction.
Opportunity Management
- Identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise software opportunities using Minitab's Customer Engagement Lifecycle (CEL).
- Lead consultative discovery conversations focused on customer business outcomes.
- Develop opportunity strategies that differentiate Minitab through business value.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Gather and share competitive intelligence to strengthen positioning and improve win rates.
- Position implementation, onboarding, and services to maximize adoption and customer success.
Territory & Business Development
- Manage assigned global accounts with a long-term growth mindset.
- Expand executive relationships throughout customer organizations.
- Develop annual account plans and conduct regular business reviews.
- Support customer advocacy through references, case studies, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, industry events, and customer engagement activities.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead high-performing virtual account teams across multiple geographies.
- Coordinate internal planning sessions and customer strategy meetings.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
- Mentor sales teammates and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Coordinate partner relationships to maximize customer value.
Professional Development
- Continuously strengthen knowledge of Minitab solutions, industries, and market trends.
- Participate in ongoing sales enablement and professional development programs.
- Maintain an Individual Business Plan aligned with business and career goals.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience within the information technology market.
- Proven success selling enterprise solutions with average deal sizes exceeding $250,000.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota, including experience closing seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Experience managing complex global accounts with annual revenues exceeding $10 billion.
- Success navigating enterprise sales cycles ranging from 6–12 months.
- Executive-level relationship management and consultative selling expertise.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience using CRM systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 50–70%, including international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales leadership or management experience.
- Business Intelligence, Analytics, Statistical Software, Data Science, Quality Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience.
- Familiarity with structured value-based or consultative sales methodologies.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Compensation: $150,000 Base salary and an OTE potential of $300,000 with uncapped commission and accelerator potential
