Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Content Manager. To join our team, candidates must have experience (and thrive) in a high-growth, fast-paced environment delivering strong content and SEO/CRO optimization.

As a digital content manager focused on Search Experience Optimization (SXO), you will aim to attract users through organic traffic and provide them with valuable content that encourages them to convert and become loyal customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic and optimized organic lead-gen strategy that enhances our online presence, drives organic traffic, and improves search engine rankings while ensuring a seamless user experience for our global customer base.

This position collaborates cross-functionally to drive best practices in how we execute SXO projects across our various product lines.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, techniques, and strategies.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, or similar.
  • Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Ability to analyze organic performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Schema Markups, HTML/CSS, and content management systems (WordPress).
  • Skill to create other forms of content such as email campaigns/nurtures, infographics, whitepapers, eBooks, etc. 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Knowledge of PHP for content management customization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Unbounce) for content optimization.
  • Understanding of UX design principles related to content presentation.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for tracking user interactions on the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce engaging and accurate content that drives visitor growth for mitratech.com.
  • Optimize existing content for search engines.
  • Copy, edit, and fact-check short-form and long-form content for grammar, spelling, syntax, substance, and flow under tight deadlines.
  • Creatively repurpose existing content into alternative formats.
  • Work closely with internal teams, product marketing, content, and design teams to develop high-quality content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice for each audience.
  • Demonstrate a highly collaborative, “team first” mentality, working cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to ensure content is highly-relevant, accurate, and optimized for digital formats.

Who You Are:

You’re someone who has a passion for compliance, user experience, on-page content optimization, and wants to help customers learn and understand not only the Mitratech Platform but also the solution that elevates their organizations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B editorial, content marketing, product marketing, or copywriting roles.
  • Experience writing for the web and other types of digital content is important.
  • Deadline-driven, with very strong project management and organizational skills.
  • High execution-focused mindset and adaptability.
  • Ability to take complex ideas or technologies and simplify them for a broader readership.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding writing, proofreading, fact-checking, and editing skills.
  • Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize user conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance webpage layouts and user experience.
  • Interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve website performance.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and aggressive deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Experience working in the legal, risk, and/or HR compliance space.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content, including content creation, editing, analytics, and search engine optimization; OR
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, SEO, or web marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content migration, SEO best practices, optimization processes, and web analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.
  • Experience with tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (preferably WordPress).

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $80,000 – $85,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
