ModMed is hiring a driven RCM Client Success Enablement Specialist who primarily focuses on delivering in-role training on BOOST Client Success processes and supporting the onboarding of Client Advisors. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing and executing Client Advisor Assessments, monitoring Client Advisor performance through audits, and developing comprehensive team training programs to ensure high performance, efficiency, and client retention across various verticals, including the creation of video training content.
Your Role:
- Onboarding: Supports client advisor onboarding by ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences, refining the process, and conducting frequent check-ins with new hires.
- In-role Training: Develop and deploy in-role training on BOOST CS processes to upskill high-performing RCM and Account Management teams, leveraging self-created content or tools such as LinkedIn Learning.
- Auditing Performance: Responsible for monitoring Client Advisor performance through use of audits and customer feedback, identifying training needs. This role involves sharing both positive and constructive feedback with advisors and leaders, developing action plans for correction through in-role training on account management/soft skills and RCM processes.
- Client Advisor Assessments: Develop, execute, and monitor Client Advisor Assessments. This involves collaborating cross-departmentally to align assessments when similar assessments exist. This role will also work to establish a certification process to effectively showcase expertise to customers.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or Education.
- 3+ years in a training/knowledge role within a healthcare SaaS company with responsibilities in leading training initiatives, preferably managing a cross-functional training program.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle and medical billing processes.
- Ability to develop scalable internal training programs (e.g., modules, live webinars, virtual training, video content, SOP documentation).
- A track record of creating and implementing knowledge retention assessments.
- Effectively communicates complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Possesses a collaborative spirit and is keen to engage in cross-departmental work.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in adult learning methodologies and instructional design is a plus.
