JOB SUMMARY
The SweatHouz Studio Experience Manager plays a critical role in leading and motivating their team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will be a passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence.
JOB LOCATION: Pasadena, California
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Membership Growth
- Achieve studio membership and revenue goals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional sales support: Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Track and analyze membership data: Monitor key membership KPIs and use insights for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with the marketing team: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build and cultivate a high performing, engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
- Develop and coach team members: Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Lead by example: Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same.
- Performance management: Implement effective performance management practices, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations: Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and safe studio environment: Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and members.
- Manage studio cleanliness: Allocate cleaning staff in a manner that keeps attrition under 7%.
- Identify and implement operational improvements: Keep a strong pulse on your studio. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in both the team member and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed.
KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Leadership: Can you inspire a shared sense of purpose in the studio? This includes leading your team through change, getting buy-in, and coaching through ambiguity.
- Business Acumen: Can you see beyond the surface and understand the intricate dance of sales and operations?
- Strategic Thinking: Problems and challenges in the studio are not roadblocks but puzzles waiting to be solved. Can you dissect a challenge, analyze its components, and forge solutions that deliver financial results?
- Persuasion: Relationship-based selling is not coercion but building trust and value. Can you build trust with studio guests (intros) and create a compelling vision for why they should join and become a member of the studio?
- Delegation and Empowerment: Can you delegate in a way that drives strong revenue and meets membership targets?
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of relationship-based selling, building value, and overcoming objections.
- 3+ years Management experience preferred, including leading teams, coaching, and driving performance outcomes.
- Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical efforts required for daily duties, including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking

COMPENSATION: $70,000 annually plus bonus
