A Day in the Life:

The Brand Manager Planning is the strategic connector across the Monster Energy portfolio, ensuring brand plans are aligned, integrated, and executing against shared business objectives. This role leads the end-to-end annual and long-range planning process for the Americas Marketing organization, partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to bring a unified portfolio strategy to life.

Serving as the hub of cross-functional planning, they drive alignment across stakeholders, manage the marketing planning ecosystem, and develop the calendars, frameworks, templates, and decision-making tools that keep teams focused and moving forward. By consolidating portfolio performance insights, tracking critical milestones, and facilitating key reviews and approvals, they help ensure strategies are translated into actionable plans and executed seamlessly across brands and markets.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of the annual and long-range planning cycle for the US marketing plans: build the master timeline, milestones and cross-functional workstream plans, run the working sessions, track deliverables and
escalate risks so commitments are met.
  • Design, maintain and govern the planning toolkit used across Marketing - planning calendar, templates, briefing frameworks and decision tools - ensuring consistent inputs, version control and adoption by Brand and Regional teams.
  • Consolidate and report portfolio health tracking - distribution, pricing, velocity, share and margin - partnering with Insights and marketing investments to produce recurring dashboards and review materials that inform marketing
    decisions.
  • Coordinate the quarterly business review cycle end to end — developing templates and briefing frameworks, aggregating and distributing performance data, and managing the meeting calendar to keep reviews on schedule.
  • Build the fact base that defines the brand growth roadmap. Synthesizing syndicated market data, consumer research, channel performance and competitive intelligence into a prioritized set of growth opportunities sized by revenue
    potential.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, portfolio or commercial planning within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or a comparable consumer environment
  • 3+ years of experience in project managing cross-functional workstreams and annual planning cycles, including calendar and milestone ownership
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling); Microsoft Teams and SharePoint; working knowledge of syndicated data platforms (Nielsen / Circana) and Power BI.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with New Product Development (NPD) launch planning, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) portfolio analysis, syndicated data (Nielsen / Circana) and building executive-level
    presentations.
