Summary
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Complex Litigation team. As a Business Operations Analyst you are responsible for delivering data-driven insights to inform day-to-day case operations as well as organization-wide strategic decisions. You will play a key role in a small team that aims to ensure all business operations function at peak efficiency, while delivering exceptional value and an outstanding experience to our clients and business partners.
Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual insights using Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.
• Ensure data integrity through ad hoc projects and designing systems to assess process compliance
• Support the Case Operations team with ad hoc data management projects.
• Translate technical results into straightforward narratives.
• Manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
• Be a problem-solver. Thinking about the key metrics that will drive success and how to make processes better.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preference for Business or STEM fields.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and / or PowerBI preferred.
• Coding experience (e.g. Python, SQL, R, etc.) a plus.
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

$85,000 - $90,000 USD
