Our Brooklyn office, situated inside a renovated industrial loft, is the marketing backbone of the company. We operate like a startup – flexibility and self accountability is in our DNA. This role will be hybrid and require in-office attendance Monday-Thursdays, remote on Fridays.
The Marketing Strategy department seeks a great addition to our already amazing team. This role will report into the Marketing Director. They will collaborate with nearly every other group within the firm - creative, operations, product, web and paid media. They will be tackling marketing challenges in an effort to help our business grow. A successful candidate will be someone who can read data to help narrate a story, be confident to own project management of ongoing tasks, manage expectations, and steward internal communications vertically within the team and horizontally across departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage project operations, gain experience of local intricacies and considerations towards driving business results
- Deliver data-driven analysis and insights to improve marketing efficacy and value to the business
- Keep a pulse on marketing performance, continue to optimize funnels and campaigns to reach growth goals
- Support building of marketing recommendations for positive business growth and push for ongoing growth to achieve weekly and monthly performance KPIs
- Write and deliver weekly marketing leadership-facing quality reports on a daily and weekly basis as needed with recommendations/solutions for any potential red flags
- Assist in pulling and reviewing competitive data and presentation of insights related to such for incorporation into as-needed reporting presentations
- Attend weekly marketing status meetings and assist in preparation of monthly reporting presentation that goes over active campaign performance
- Partner with extended marketing teams to execute requested tasks (some ad hoc in nature) within the due date assigned to each task
You Possess:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably traditional and digital media management
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Problem-solving mentality

- Timeliness in completion of tasks
- Optimism mixed with healthy skepticism
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and ability to build own data reports
- Familiar knowledge of competitive/research reporting tools (MediaRadar, Media Monitors, Scarborough, Nielsen, Google AdWords, etc.)
- Familiar knowledge of traditional (TV, radio, OOH) and digital media (including social)
- Exposure to the legal industry or technology usage in law firms

Salary Range
$65,000 - $75,000 USD
