About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and disciplined Thumbnail Photographer/Videographer to help take concepts and translate them into a final product. Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, set design, and costuming will be key to your success. This role intersects multiple disciplines and requires a multi-talented, creative problem solver with excellent people skills. Most importantly, we need someone dedicated to improving their output and always willing to grow.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Collaborating with our designers by building sets and shooting source needed to create the best thumbnails possible.
• Facilitating and capturing thumbnail sources.
• Working with on-site teams daily to ensure the creative vision of the designers is met. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing costumes, sourcing materials, and scouting locations.
• Scheduling Talent, Camera and crew for shoots

What makes you a fit: 

• Basic understanding of Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Extensive knowledge of cameras (both photo and video). 
• Proven experience directing photo shoots and posing subjects. 
• Expertise in working with studio lights, achieving excellent lighting, and creating diverse lighting setups. 
• Great communication skills to operate with a wide range of people and businesses
• Flexibility to adapt with fast paced timelines and adjustments
• Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, task-driven, and compelled to grow in their craft
• Willingness to relocate for a full-time position.
