  • Maintain the fixed asset subledger, including additions, disposals, transfers, and monthly depreciation
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close
  • Support general ledger activities, including intercompany entries and other recurring close tasks
  • Partner with AP, AR, and Treasury to research and resolve reconciling items
  • Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation for external auditors
  • Actively support the documentation, design, and ongoing adherence to internal controls to ensure a SOX-ready reporting environment
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of accounting operations
  • Support NetSuite reconciliations, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and analyses as the corporate accounting function continues to evolve

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to multi-entity corporate accounting environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and core accounting processes
  • Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with large data sets, lookups, and pivot tables
  • A process-focused mindset, with a track record of building or improving accounting workflows
  • A technology-forward approach, with curiosity about automation, system integrations, and modern accounting tooling
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn new accounting standards, and business lines to drive continuous process improvement
  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The target total compensation ranges from $88,000 – $110,000 including a fixed annual salary of $80,000 – $100,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.
