Role Overview

MrBeast is scaling quickly across multiple businesses, brands, and new ventures. As the company expands its go-to-market and marketing organizations, we are hiring a Principal GTM Recruiter to help build the talent foundation for that growth.

This role exists to lead high-impact recruiting across marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, and broader GTM functions. Over the next phase of growth, this person will help build a significant portion of the company’s commercial and marketing organization, with an expected hiring scope of approximately 80 hires across multiple functions and levels.

We are looking for someone who combines strong recruiting execution with executive-level partnership skills. This is a high-leverage role for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, drive hiring strategy independently, and build scalable recruiting systems without losing quality or speed.

The Role

The Principal GTM Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution across key business-critical functions. This person will partner closely with leadership to define hiring priorities, calibrate talent, and improve how recruiting operates as the company scales.

The role requires a recruiter who is highly hands-on while also bringing leadership experience, operational judgment, and strong stakeholder management. This person should be comfortable moving between executive conversations, candidate assessment, sourcing strategy, and recruiting process design.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and marketing functions, including brand, growth, partnerships, communications, lifecycle marketing, and related commercial teams
  • Partner directly with senior leaders to translate hiring plans into recruiting strategies and execution plans
  • Build and manage high-priority searches across multiple functions and levels simultaneously
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Drive talent calibration and candidate evaluation with a high quality bar
  • Design and improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and hiring workflows to support scale
  • Partner with recruiting leadership on capacity planning, prioritization, and hiring operations
  • Build sourcing strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles
  • Improve recruiting leverage by creating repeatable systems, better operating rhythms, and scalable hiring practices
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, market insight, and strong judgment
  • Help shape the long-term recruiting infrastructure required to support rapid organizational growth

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience leading full-cycle recruiting for GTM, marketing, or commercial organizations
  • Experience hiring across multiple marketing disciplines and seniority levels
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-moving and high-growth environments
  • Experience managing or leading recruiting teams, projects, or recruiting functions
  • Strong sourcing and talent assessment capabilities
  • Ability to balance recruiting execution with longer-term systems and process thinking
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Experience managing competing hiring priorities while maintaining quality and candidate experience
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams

Target total compensation ranges from $227,000 – $267,250, including a fixed annual salary of $155,000 – $190,000, an employee equity plan grant, annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
