Legal Operations Manager

What you will be doing
The Legal Operations Manager will oversee Neros’ legal document workflows. The Legal Ops Manager will design and deliver trainings ensuring compliance across Neros’ global operations:
- Will oversee the intake, routing, tracking, and close-out of commercial agreements across all business lines
- Will administer “clause libraries” and ensure required FAR, DFARS, and other flow downs provisions are properly incorporated into the company’s commercial contracts as appropriate
- Will manage Neros’ due diligence data rooms
- Will design and run appropriate legal trainings related to FAR, DFARS, FCPA, sexual harassment, anti-counterfeit, ITAR (in collaboration with the ECO), and maintain an audit-ready record of these trainings
You should have the following
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years’ experience as a legal ops manager, paralegal, or similar role, at a law firm or in an in-house legal department
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Outgoing, with the ability to work energetically across business lines
- Ability to work full-time in office
Nice to have
- Defense tech experience highly desired
- Startup experience
US Salary Range
$80,000 – $120,000+ USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered art of Neros' total compensation package.
