Summary
The Agile Program Lead is responsible for bringing diverse groups and roles together to ensure the successful delivery of innovative product releases for our customers. The Agile Program Lead plays an integral role in coordinating across Digital Health, Business Units and supporting functional groups to define and deliver product and platform releases with agility. This includes tight coordination with Product Owners, Business Leads, Design Leads, Execution Leads, Technical Leads and other roles. The Agile Program Lead activities include ensuring appropriate governance, facilitating Digital Health Scrum of Scrums and Consumer Web Core Team meeting (involving business leads, regulatory)
Technical Skills and Proficiencies:
- Experience with Agile coaching, ceremonies, and tools (e.g. Jira, confluence, etc.).
- Experience product development or working in a regulated environment
- 5+ years of managing large &/or complex programs / initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile practices (LeSS, SAFe, Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- 3+ years coordinating external suppliers &/or partners with internal teams to support product delivery
Soft Skills:
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships. Effective teamwork, interpersonal, conflict management and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate and build relationships with peers and business partners.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and team building skills (e.g., effective coaching and feedback)
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams, complex project teams and innovation projects in a virtual manner.
- Excellent self-management and organizational skills. Able to manage a diverse workload, set personal priorities and adjust as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, without direct authority to ensure alignment to common methods and approaches necessary to achieving required outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management and decision-making skills. Able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes, solve unique and complex problems.
Tool Exposure: Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Roadmunk, Microsoft Suite
Additional Information
Resource will facilitate weekly Scrum of Scrums across multiple teams & bi-weekly Core Teams (Team Of Teams) that include cross-functional business stakeholders.
