Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO), hands-on configuration experience, and a proven track record in delivering successful full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration & Customization: Configure company codes, fiscal years, chart of accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), cost centers, profit centers, and tax procedures in line with best practices.

• Testing & Validation: Design and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests; resolve configuration/data issues; support users in validating transactions.

• End-User Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct user sessions, and provide post-go-live support to ensure user adoption.

• Support & Maintenance: Investigate and resolve end-user tickets, support upgrades/patches, and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Integration: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless financial data flow and reconciliation across modules.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including multiple full implementation cycles.

• Strong functional knowledge of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.

• Proven ability to handle configuration, testing, training, and support independently.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional SAP teams for module integration.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
