As Nex’s Technical Program Manager for Sustaining, you will own sustaining for Nex Playground to improve reliability, cost, quality, manufacturability, and compliance as we scale production globally at a tremendous pace. You will coordinate across design, engineering, marketing, supply chain, JDM/ODM, factories, suppliers, and labs. You will lead planning, improve operating mechanisms, drive decisions, manage risks, deliver results, and raise the bar on both quality and throughput.

The Mindset

Deep manufacturing + sharp judgment. Customer‑obsessed and empathetic. First‑principles thinker who connects means to ends and adapts quickly. Designs clear cross‑team processes, documents changes to bring order, and is driven by hard, meaningful problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive cross‑functional issue triage to resolution with clear owners, SLAs, and timelines across internal teams and external partners (ODMs/CMs, suppliers, test labs, retail/platform vendors).

  • Manage regulatory compliance. Plan pre‑compliance, run lab engagements, and ensure markings and filings by region.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for specifications, test protocols, ECOs, and runbooks to enable fast onboarding and audit.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management leading cross-functional teams.
