iGEAR®, a service of National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), offers a large selection of customizable promotional items for marketing, event planning and professional needs. These include employee gifts, logoed clothing, recognition items, annual meeting gifts or custom decorated promotional products.
Position Overview
An Inside Sales Associate at iGEAR must work closely with members of iGEAR’s production staff and Outside Sales teams, along with customers and vendors. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The successful candidate for Inside Sales Associate will be an ambitious self-starter that is motivated to work hard and always do the right thing for our Member/Customers.
Essential Duties
- Build and maintain managed online apparel programs for iGEAR’s primary customer base
- Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
- Identify and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Follow up on work orders within the production process to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to the team.
- Review purchase orders and artwork.
- Prepare purchase orders for submission to vendors
- Order product from vendors.
- Perform data entry functions related to iGEAR and accounts receivable.
- Develop and build sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Work with iGEAR contracted artist for order artwork and approvals.
- Facilitate and follow up with Member/Customers on order requests.
- Research products offered to our customers.
- Submit sample requests.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education
- High School Diploma required.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
