What You’ll Be Doing

Manage day-to-day merchant communications, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute a comprehensive merchant management strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.

Analyze merchant data and metrics to help identify trends, support business reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including support, risk, product, and customer support, to ensure client needs are understood and met. Coordinate with these teams to address issues or implement new initiatives.

Participate in projects focused on process improvement, merchant satisfaction, and team efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of merchant management best practices.

Business travel to meet with merchants at offline events as required.
What We Look For In You
-
Experience in an account management role within a cryptocurrency exchange or e-commerce environment is advantageous.

Bachelor degree or above in any discipline

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants.

Demonstrated logical thinking, strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and execution skills.

Fluency in both English and Chinese for business communication is a must
- Fresh graduates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome and will be considered for a junior position
