(Senior) Merchant Operations Manager

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Manage day-to-day merchant communications, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive merchant management strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Analyze merchant data and metrics to help identify trends, support business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including support, risk, product, and customer support, to ensure client needs are understood and met. Coordinate with these teams to address issues or implement new initiatives.
  • Participate in projects focused on process improvement, merchant satisfaction, and team efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of merchant management best practices.
  • Business travel to meet with merchants at offline events as required.

What We Look For In You 

  • Experience in an account management role within a cryptocurrency exchange or e-commerce environment is advantageous.
  • Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
  • Demonstrated logical thinking, strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and execution skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese for business communication is a must
  • Fresh graduates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome and will be considered for a junior position
