Role:  Senior Project Manager / Producer

Location:  London, England, United Kingdom

About the role: 

Working with our clients, the Senior Project Manager /Producer will lead projects from concept to completion, providing the direction and control to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The projects will vary from simple adaptation through to full small – medium scale productions. This is a hybrid role which covers client management, project management and production; therefore this person will also be required to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Reporting to the Client Lead, the Senior Project Manager /Producer will work alongside the team of 15, split across London and Cologne.  

What you will be doing: 

  • Collaborate effectively with clients to deliver seamless, successful projects and products. 
  • Experience managing projects across Print, Digital, Social & POS.  
  • Production experience on Stills & Motion shoots of approx. £100K and under.    
  • Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team. 
  • Independently plan integrated projects from the initial stages through to final delivery.  
  • Supporting the Client Lead in acting as the key contact for clients during projects. 
  • Foster and enhance client relationships, contributing to our business pipeline. 
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, regularly updating stakeholders on milestones and deadlines. 
  • Overseeing the project’s (financial budget) and resource needs, notifying stakeholders of key implications, scope creep, cost implications and impact on other projects in a timely manner 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and developers for project execution. 
  • Evaluate project resources and ensure they align with project requirements. 
  • Booking in new work into OMG, and using the resourcing/ project tracking tool. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships 
  • Excellent communication skills that are tailored for the recipients 
  • Approaching tasks with a can-do attitude and being agile, specifically on short turn around requests from clients.  
  • The ability to host clear, efficient and productive project meetings for differing stages of the project from kick off, discovery and so on 
  • Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project plan and execution with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of the project 
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate with client-side teams while delivering excellent agency services. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. 
  • Experience with consumer products.
