Standort: Heidelberg, Deutschland (Büropräsenz an mindestens 2 Tage pro Woche erwartet)

Wir suchen nach einem talentierten Conceptual Art Director, der unser dynamisches Team bereichert. Diese Position ist ideal für jemanden mit kreativer Energie, der sich auf die Entwicklung innovativer Ideen spezialisiert hat und diese erfolgreich auf digitalen und sozialen Plattformen realisiert. Du wirst eng mit den kreativen Leitern zusammenarbeiten, um frische und wirkungsvolle Konzepte zum Leben zu erwecken.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Arbeite bei Brainstorming-Sitzungen mit und trage zur Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte für digitale und soziale Kampagnen bei.
  • Entwirf und gestalte visuelle Inhalte, die mit strategischen Zielen und Markenrichtlinien übereinstimmen.
  • Entwickle und setze kreative Ideen über verschiedene Kanäle um, darunter soziale Medien, Videos und digitale Plattformen.
  • Arbeite Hand in Hand mit Textern zusammen, um fesselnde visuelle Erzählungen zu schaffen, die bei der Zielgruppe Anklang finden.
  • Trage zu kreativen Präsentationen bei, indem du klare Visualisierungen und Begründungen bereitstellst, um die konzeptionelle Ausrichtung zu unterstützen.
  • Bleibe über aktuelle Designtrends und digitale Innovationen auf dem Laufenden und wende sie an, um deine kreative Arbeit zu verbessern.
  • Unterstütze den Aufbau und die Aufrechterhaltung starker Kundenbeziehungen durch effektive und zeitnahe Kommunikation.
  • Manage Projekte und stelle eine pünktliche Fertigstellung sicher, ohne die Qualität zu beeinträchtigen.

Was du für diese Rolle mitbringen musst:

  • Beeindruckendes Portfolio, das konzeptionelles Denken und innovative Designfähigkeiten demonstriert.
  • Muttersprachler in Deutsch (C2) und fließend in Englisch (gesprochen und geschrieben)
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in digitalen und sozialen Medien mit einem klaren Verständnis ihrer kreativen Anforderungen.
  • Expertenwissen im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite und anderen Designwerkzeugen.
  • Kompetenz im Einsatz führender KI-Tools zur Optimierung der visuellen Inhaltserstellung und Verbesserung der Workflow-Effizienz.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur präzisen Vermittlung kreativer Ideen.
  • Fähig, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team effektiv zu arbeiten.
  • Detailorientiert mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch a die ausgeführte Arbeit.
  • Proaktive Haltung und der Wunsch, kontinuierlich neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Fundiertes Wissen über den kreativen und produktiven Einsatz von KI

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung in der FMCG-Branche
  • Früherer Einsatz in integrierten oder digitalen Agenturen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Multimarkt-Kampagnen
