Role:  Account Executive

About the role: 

Account Executive plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of impactful print and digital communications that inspire prospective homebuyers. Cala Homes is renowned for building premium homes that combine exceptional design, meticulous craftsmanship, and outstanding value. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Account Executive is part of a dynamic team of 13, comprising both client services and creative professionals. Collaboration is essential, as this role works closely with Cala’s central Group teams, laying the foundation for communications across all regions in England and Scotland.

What you will be doing: 

  • Support the day-to-day management of group communications and campaign activity, ensuring smooth execution of key processes and diverse projects
  • Coordinate and assist with project delivery, including general administrative tasks
  • Conduct research into industry best practices to inform and enhance project outcomes
  • Assist in briefing and reviewing studio outputs to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Liaise with Group Marcomms teams to identify and leverage opportunities
  • Ensure internal systems are fully utilized and maintained to support efficient workflow
  • Manage and maintain Group WIP reports
  • Support the creation of client-requested assets across a wide range of projects
  • Conduct quality control checks on all artwork and outputs to ensure high standards prior to release
  • Provide administrative support during weekly team meetings
  • Open and manage job numbers within the internal OMG system

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Experience in the property or residential sector (client or agency side), particularly in marketing, brand development, land, sustainability, or technical departments
  • Strong account handling and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to suggest improved ways of working
  • A consumer-first approach to problem-solving and campaign development
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit
