DIE CHANCE

Werde Teil des Teams, das Doves Social-Media-Präsenz in 15 Märkten verantwortet – von der Idee bis zum Community-Reply. Diese duale Rolle verbindet das operative Social-Media-Management mit dem Aufbau und der Pflege einer authentischen Creator-Community.


DIE ROLLE

Du steuerst Doves tägliche Social-Media-Aktivitäten auf TikTok, Instagram, YouTube und neuen Plattformen und managst gleichzeitig Influencer-Partnerschaften, die Doves Werte für Diversität und echte Schönheit widerspiegeln.

Beide Workstreams laufen nicht nebeneinander, sondern greifen ineinander: Creator-Content fließt in den Publishing-Plan, Community-Insights informieren Creator-Briefs, und Kampagnen-Momente entstehen dort, wo owned Social und Influencer-Reichweite zusammenkommen.

Dove setzt dabei auf echte Markennähe statt bloße Reichweite. Die Creator-Community muss Doves Haltung zu inklusiver Schönheit authentisch verkörpern, das erfordert ein feines Gespür für Menschen und Plattformkultur, kombiniert mit der operativen Präzision, einen schnell getakteten Alltag zuverlässig zu managen.

Content & Publishing

  • Content-Kalender erstellen, Inhalte planen, veröffentlichen und Social Copy schreiben
  • Barrierefreie Standards sicherstellen (Untertitel, Alt-Texte, Formatvorgaben)

Community Management

  • Tägliches Monitoring, Kommentare und Nachrichten beantworten, Community aufbauen
  • Trends und kulturelle Momente identifizieren und reaktiven Content vorschlagen

Creator-Management

  • Creator identifizieren, rekrutieren, briefen und langfristige Beziehungen pflegen
  • Creator-Datenbank verwalten, Gifting-Aktivierungen und Events koordinieren
  • Einhaltung von Offenlegungs- und Compliance-Anforderungen sicherstellen

Performance & Reporting

  • Reichweite, Engagement und Creator-Performance tracken und regelmäßig reporten
  • Erkenntnisse in Briefs und Strategie zurückspielen

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Social-Media-Management und Influencer-Management – idealerweise in Beauty, FMCG oder Wellness
  • Muttersprache: Deutsch (C2); Englisch: fließend in Wort und Schrift.
  • Starke Plattform-Kenntnisse: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Sprinklr, Hootsuite oder Sprout Social sowie CreatorIQ, Traackr oder Grin
  • Solide Copywriting-Fähigkeiten und ein Gespür für plattformgerechte Sprache
  • Projektmanagement-Stärke bei parallelen Workstreams und Deadlines
  • Kenntnisse in Influencer-Verträgen, Nutzungsrechten und Disclosure-Regularien

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

  • Arbeitende Kenntnisse mit KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai) für Content-Ideation, Research und Reporting
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Initiative – und das Urteilsvermögen, wann menschliche Kreativität und Beziehungskompetenz entscheidend sind

NICE TO HAVE

  • Erfahrung mit Dove oder Unilever-Marken
  • Multi-Markt-Erfahrung in Social oder Influencer
  • Kenntnisse in Social Commerce, Paid Amplification oder Accessibility-Standards
