Role: PR Account Manager
Location: Manila, Philippines
About the role:
Our team is the in-house agency for the adidas brand team, in charge of leading overall marketing requirements such as Localization of Global Campaigns, setting up Activations, and executing PR and Social requirements. We are looking for a PR Account Manager to lead brand’s PR requirements covering Product, Athlete / Team requirements and KOLs involving campaigns, sports categories and other Ad Hoc initiatives that are part of the Local marketing plan.
What you will be doing:
- Lead in Strategizing and fostering growth in Sports Marketing that involves contracted teams , athletes, federations and Creators / Ambassadors and follow through in monitoring and managing values of said parties
- Help provide support in Management of brand partners & communities in negotiating, agreement of scope & contract creation for long term partnerships
- Lead in maintaining relationships among stake holders (Brand, Athletes / Talents, Managers etc.) with support of PR executive
- Supervise the coordination, facilitation, ordering and deliveries of products / GCs for overall marketing requirements (e.g. teams, campaigns, contracted athletes / creators, ad hoc) via internal avenues (e.g. warehouse, stores, etc.)
- Help lead in scouting and facilitating potential partnerships (e.g. organizations, marathons, gyms, etc.) throughout calendar year
- Lead the implementation of approved PR executions and carrying out product deliverables for campaign requirements
- Supervise report creation for campaigns and partnerships by PR Executive
What you need to be great in this role:
- PR Background of 3-5 years
- Very detail oriented , highly organized and able to multi-task
- Driven, Good work ethic and initiative
- Team player and pleasant attitude given interface with various stakeholders
- Resourceful and able find workarounds quickly
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications especially in Excel
- Competent in presenting and communicating both with the internal teams and with clients
- Has an ear on the ground for current PR trends, and familiar with Sporting and Cultural moments throughout the year
- A strong passion for sport and particularly for the adidas brand. Sports / Athletic background is preferred.
