Product Manager
Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time.
Job overview:
Omada is reimagining virtual-first care for pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal conditions, taking into account personal context and comorbid health conditions. As a Product Manager for Clinical Devices and Integrations, you will lead a team that’s evolving our member device and clinical integration strategy to provide longitudinal care for members, leveraging AI/ML and other emerging technology where appropriate. Your job, in partnership with engineering and design, is to curate an interoperability strategy and roadmap for Omada that serves our unique member needs while connecting to the broader provider ecosystem to improve clinical outcomes and serve our commercial goals. This includes working externally to develop direct integrations with provider systems, but also with other digital health companies that can help us expand our footprint. Additionally, you are responsible for our portfolio of member devices, like scales, CGMs and BGMs, collaborating with our device operations organization to ensure seamless operations.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, design, commercial, care delivery, clinical, and data to identify the biggest opportunities for improvement, prioritize projects, build new features, and measure their impact.
About you:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience with integrating systems via common standards, particularly healthcare integrations (FHIR, HL7, 835/837 etc)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills with customers and partners
- Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to reach members outside of Omada
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
- You have a history of consistently delivering results against target metrics
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a knack for solving problems with limited resources
- You are a strong writer and clear communicator
- You are collaborative, and able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders
- You are a great listener, and you ask good questions. You aren’t satisfied with answers like, “It’s how we’ve always done it.” You keep asking “Why?” until you really understand.
- You are comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand a problem space, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
- Prior experience with Continuous Discovery approach to product development a plus
- Prior experience at a healthcare company a plus
Your impact:
In this role, you will directly contribute to building new capabilities and care tracks within the Omada experience. You’ll immerse yourself in factors influencing members’ motivation to evolve how they learn, build habits, and engage with Omada’s tools and care teams on the path to better health. Your impact will touch members, care teams, content delivery, connected devices, and more.
You will also:
- Be accountable for team metrics
- Work with engineering to prioritize and manage the team’s backlog
- Write clear product specs
- Work with data to ask questions, understand analyses, and evaluate whether our tests and projects were successful
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
- Stock options
- Remote first work from home culture
- Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
- Generous parental leave
- Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
